Paul Ford
Managing Director / CTO / Co-Founder
I began my career in 1990 working for Pixel Innovations Ltd, working within their support teams. I joined Microsoft in 1995 just before the Windows 95 launch and had the privilege of working for such an innovative organisation for 10 years. In 2004 I branched out on my own as a freelance Consultant specialising in Messaging and Collaboration solutions on the Microsoft platform. Since then, I’ve become the dad of two boys and have become more involved and passionate about protecting young people especially online and in 2015 started to develop the iNet Guardian service.
In February of 2017 we launched the iNet Guardian service.
I am a keen technologist or a geek as my wife and business partner would call it! With experience working with every size of company from start-ups to multi-nationals and across all sectors in Business to Business and Business to Consumer environments, I strive to have the knowledge and insight to help parents and careers create a safe and informative online experience for their children to learn and play in.
Johanna Ford
Director / COO / Co-Founder
After studying for a BSc (Hons) in Computer Engineering I started my career as any self-respecting student would working for a brewery! Working in PR and Support for over 300 Bass Tavern Pubs I learnt quickly key operational and customer service skills, in 1997 I joined Microsoft in their Product Support Services division and then spent a fantastic 16 years working in the Services business finally finishing my career in Microsoft running the Solution Development Business for Services in the UK. In 2012 I left to pursue personal goals and raise my two young boys.
Since leaving Microsoft I am a full-time mum, a school governor and I have been developing iNet Guardian with my husband and business partner Paul.
I am an accomplished business and people leader and I have a keen passion in helping young humans grow and learn in a safe and fun environment. I am a young person’s advocate, and I am passionate about driving creative learning and innovation in children.
